Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a pickup service.
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1-2 business days apart.
If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out. If the items are not likely to be restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.
We aim to have your order dispatched within 1–3 business days. If your order is urgent please contact us on or email us at threadsandthings.au@outlook.com and we will try to prioritize your order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a text message and email (don't forget to check your spam) with details on how to track your delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an international shipping service.
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 days of receiving the orders. Some orders take additional time due to large quantities or unusual circumstances. In those situations, we will keep you informed about any major delays.

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.
Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

We accept returns within 30 days.
For defective products we will cover the return cost for you. For change of mind purchases the customer will need to pay the actual return delivery cost.
