Please Note: 

Postage is determined by your postcode.
You will only be charged for the stamps used. 

There will be NO packaging and handling fees on mail orders. 

Returns

You may return any item, with the exception of books, in its original condition for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Return postage charges should be prepaid and any refund of postage charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. 

After a return has been received it will take up to five workings days to process and refund. If payment was by credit card a refund will be credited to your account. If payment was by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be posted to you.
