Threads and Things will not collect or retain any personal information except for the information knowingly supplied by yourself when you either purchase a product or make an inquiry. 

Your personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent. 

Threads and Things is committed to security and will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of all personal information retained.  We will not send you email advertising information unless you have agreed or requested to receive it. 

You may withdraw from our e-mail list at any time by advising us via our Contact Us Page.

Returns Policy

You may return any item, with the exception of books, in its original condition for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

Return postage charges should be prepaid and any refund of postage charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error.  The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. 

After a return has been received it will take up to five workings days to process and refund. If payment was by credit card, a refund will be credited to your account.  If payment was by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be posted to you.
